I was only on Ch 2 i think but what ik is:
MC is a guy who was (foreshadowing i think of him being) sexually abused by his dad and neglected by his mom growing up. The story starts w/ the MC - seme - saying that he never got the attention he wanted from his mom. EX: He really enjoyed track / running but winning didn’t get his mom’s attention until he got an injury, which she got mad at him for having need to pay medical costs. Present-day, the MC seems to wander and stays w/ women who pay him to sleep w/ him. MC has blonde hair? His character is generally very sensitive and headstrong vibes.
One day the MC gets jumped by some guys he pissed off bc he slept w/ one of their girlfriends(?) and then the ML (black hair & uke) finds him on the ground outside. ML is going thru grieving the death of his brother and starts calling the MC by his dead brother’s name bc yk he’s in denial i think. The MC pretends to be the ML’s brother at first since he can stay at the ML’s house but then he decides to stop pretending —

Yaoi manhwa, in black and white, it had a beautiful artstyle and set in college
From what i remember, the plot was very cliche with the occasional angst and DRAMA. Like they were screatly dating to avoid the stigma, but the bottom had an enemy which found out mc was gay and spread rumors...blablabla
Another thing i remember is that there was this 2nd couple, in which the bottom was quite unexpected as he had a very seme like appearance. He was tall, handsome and had a bigger dick than the top. Meanwhile, the top was very bitchy/tsundere whiny, with an average dick. In one scene, the 2 of them are going at it, and the seme gets insecured at the size of the bottom and tries to cover the latter's dick.
The reason as to why the bottom was bottoming is because he kinda was groomed during his adolescence and his sexual position stayed that way

Now that ive re-read this as im genuinely going through a similar situation with my partner, it cuts deep. "I love him, but i hate him. I miss him, but i want to forget him." I had to screenshot a few text bubbles because they explain my emotions right now, so perfectly. The story is beautiful with great pacing, and its one of the few yaoi BL that perfectly depicts adult relationships. (Instead of the bottom clearly acting like a child, and the top being a trash human)
And yes, there is a rape scene. But for once its not randomly interjected within the story. For the sake of the story, it genuinely makes sense. The only complaints i have is there not being enough explanation for the aftermath of the other side characters. And, i also thought Ed's tattoo would be more prevalent in the story, but i guess not.

From what i can see it has great potential but i think it mainly focus on the mc. only mc. I thought i will be seeing girlboss fight. But she was lazy, i mean yeah it's fine if it's her character but the lack of goal and sympathy doesn't feel right to me. It didn't even explain her powers yet. I will assume currently that she can alter reality by using the book and it was given by the star guy and she was the cause of regression of that one guy or should i say that star. Her personality is kind of annoying too, like ur at other persons house that didn't even invite u and u try to be rude? ur not even thankful. Yet the characters don't even bat an eye to that kind of personality. They don't scold her and just let it go. She is kind of arrogant, could be good personality if it was written on other specific scenarios. Her arrogant personality is not what i want to see on those scenes. I don't feel the story at all. It's like an self insert au of the author.
