I really like the moments where her insecurities about being adopted doesn't just disappear but instead pops up at times, it really adds a layer of character to her and helps me connect to her more cause it makes sense for someone who has been an orphan for virtually their whole life to be cautious about receiving affection especially when her new family made it clear at the beginning that it is temporary and Fredia has internalised that and ingrained it to the point it would be hard for her to think that her family's perception of her would change for the better She knows that the good family moments are "temporary" so she just enjoys them while she can and doesn't attach herself much to the moment itself cause she doesn't want to get hurt when the time comes for her to leave or fulfill her duty of getting married (her "reality/fate" because its the reason why she got adopted in the first place) .·´¯`(>▂<)´¯`·. my baby

She is this (人*´∀｀)｡*ﾟ+ kaomoji personified and Isabella's view of her as a cute lively puppy isn't wrong and is actually pretty accurate (≧▽≦)

At first I was sorta dreading reading this because I remember I didn't quite enjoy the first few chapters. It's true that this story got boring at some parts but more then once did It make me feel intrigued and anxious. I found myself almost scared to find out what happens next because there was so much room for unexpected twists. I found the plot unique in its own way and I definitely suggest you give this a read.
