He dranked the tea and was placed in that simulation together with Law. After all those realization, Law can't still forget the feeling he felt after saying that he become tired of wanting Jesse. And he came back to where he first saw the VR years ago created by Jesse. And also Jesse realized something. I don't think its love, but he also came back to Law. And that's all it was.
